Four shot plays authored by Key West writers

On the Rock Productions presents an engaging evening of original short plays by local writers Landon Bradbary, Mike Marrero, Jon Rhoads, and Eric Weinberger. Called “Bones & Pie,” it takes theater-goers on a journey through Key West (old and new), with some stops in New York City and Costa Rica along the way.

Each of the four plays has its own identity, sense of humor and setting making for an incredible adventure in just one evening.

“My favorite part of playwriting is watching it all come together from paper to on the stage and working with a great group of people,” Bradbary said, who moved to Key West to do theater with Brandon Beach after a career in New York City.

The play is directed by Mike Marrero and stars Brandon Beach, Landon Bradbary, Pony Charvet, Lliam Dufresne, Erin McKenna, and Chad Newman. Purchase tickets at Keystix.com. The production opened this week and runs through Saturday, Feb. 14.
