Sports fans make their way to Jack Flats for the games (they have some seriously big projectors and 25 screens throughout the bar) to eat and drink as they watch any game underway, ranging from rugby to soccer to basketball.
“We are the place locals come to watch sports games,” said bartender Kym Bath.
On tap is a variety of craft brews ranging in flavor including Florida Cracker, Palm Amber Ale, Islamorada Ale, Green Flash, Goose Island 312, Stella Artois, Magic Hat #9, Magic Hat Dream Machine and Sea Dog Sunfish. The Islamorada Ale is the perfect blend of hops and natural flavors. Green Flash is a heavier beer with double the hops and 8.1 percent alcohol by volume. Sea Dog Sunfish is a unique, light-bodied wheat beer with a fragrant peach essence and grapefruit finish. Cigar City Hard Cider, Strongbow Dry Cider and Woodchuck Raspberry are available as well as a good selection of wine and spirits.
