Animals from turtles to sting rays, vehicles from fire enginers to sheriff’s cars, games, snacks and more are on tap for Family Fun Fest on Saturday, Jan. 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Marathon Community Park.

The 11th annual Fun Fest is free, and organized by the Marathon Parks and Recreation Department.

The park’s soccer fields and amphitheater will be host to booths with games and activities relating to water safety  as well as learning about dolphins and key deer. Also, kids can get face paint, desserts and cookies, hot dogs, cotton candy, balloon animals, popcorn, and sno-cones.  There will be dancing and gymnastics on stage.  Other activities include a Home Depot Kids Workshop, bike helmets, healthy snacks, an obstacle course, hula hoop contests, and being interviewed by TV-88.
