The Rhum House at Grassy Flats Resort closed the month of August by paying tribute to one of the Florida Keys’ most legendary figures, inviting guests to an ode to Ernest Hemingway with “A Moveable Feast” in partnership with Papa’s Pilar Rum on Aug. 29.

Through a five-course dinner, paired with rum samples and a signature cocktail for nearly every dish, Papa’s Pilar national mixologist Kyle Cooper, resort owner Matt Sexton and culinary director Ali Monge took guests on an culinary trip to celebrate “Papa’s” renowned decade in Key West, his many travels around the globe, and the drink that now bears his name.
