A fleet of boats took to Whale Harbor at MM 84, oceanside, in Islamorada for the annual Blessing of the Fleet on New Year’s Day. Sponsored by the Islamorada Charter Boat Association, the procession went through Whale Harbor Channel to the bridge. Flags flew proudly as onlookers positioned themselves along the shoreline to view the procession.
