Hurricanes varsity basketball put on a dominant performance against Mater Academy Bay during the first home game at the Coral Shores gym on Nov. 28. The girls team took to the floor first, beating the visiting team 41-9. That was followed up by the ’Canes boys team, which crushed Mater Bay by a score of 78-24.
