County clears more trash from Florida Keys conservation land

Monroe County’s ongoing efforts to safeguard environmentally sensitive lands recently reached another milestone, as crews and volunteers removed about 2,580 pounds of illegally accumulated trash from a local conservation area in Key Largo. With this latest effort, Monroe County’s total of removed debris from conservation areas has reached 32,320 pounds.
