KEY COLONY BEACH PREPS FOR STREETS OF GREEN IN ANNUAL ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

Everyone’s Irish in Key Colony Beach this Sunday as the city prepares to host its annual St. Patrick’s Day parade on March 17 at 5 p.m. The parade route will mirror years past, with the procession starting near Sunset Park and continuing down West Ocean Drive to the end of East Ocean Drive. All are welcome to participate in the parade or watch the festivities. To sign up or for more info, contact parade chair Larry Smoot (moboatin24@gmail.com or 816-550-8560). Motorized vehicles will assemble at 4 p.m. at 15th Circle, while walkers and bikers will meet at Sunset Park by 4:30 p.m. Pictured are Bill Alch, left, Mark Pritt, Jessica Pritt and Suzie Pritt on their float for the 2022 KCB parade.
