In the Florida Keys, a downpour can’t stop a highly-anticipated holiday tradition. With the Duck Key Christmas Boat Parade already in the books on Dec. 12, the Boot Key Harbor refused to break the traditional rotation, with boats battling through the rain to the delight of their fans on Dec. 13. Mother Nature gave the Key Colony Beach parade a pass on Sunday night, as skies cleared in time for the final parade of the weekend along Sadowski Causeway.
