HABITAT FOR HUMANITY ACCEPTING HOMEOWNER APPLICATIONS ON CUDJOE KEY

Habitat for Humanity of Key West and Lower Florida Keys is accepting homeowner applications

through Thursday, March 31, for its last two homes at Moss Landing on Cudjoe Key.

Both units are three-bedroom elevated townhomes. Applications are available at habitatlowerkeys.org or at the office at 471 Overseas Hwy., Suite 102, Big Coppitt Key.

Habitat for Humanity partner families purchase homes through no-profit, no-interest mortgages.

In order to qualify to purchase a home, families must demonstrate a need for affordable housing, qualify for the loan, and be willing to partner with Habitat by completing home ownership courses and contributing 350 hours of “sweat equity” through work on their home or within the community.
