“HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS”: MCT HOLIDAY SHOW IS THIS WEEKEND

Hula skirts and a handbell choir will take the stage to “ring” in the holiday season at Marathon Community Theatre’s annual holiday show, “Home for the Holidays.” Directed by Trish Hintze, the performance features more than 20 acts that combine singing, dancing and instrumental entertainment. Doors will open one hour before showtime to allow patrons to meet Santa while they enjoy eggnog, hot cocoa, spiced wine or other seasonal beverages. “Home for the Holidays” has two performances, on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 10 and 11, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 plus tax and are available at www.marathontheater.org or by calling 305-743-0994. Masks are not required for the event, but are strongly encouraged.
