IN PICTURES: KEY WEST’S HEADDRESS BALL STANDS TALL

The Key West Business Guild celebrates its long-awaited and twice-postponed Headdress Ball on Saturday, Feb. 26 at the Key West Amphitheater.

Twice postponed due to the COVID pandemic, the Key West Business Guild’s Headdress Ball sparkled on Feb. 26 at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater.

Contestants in handmade headdresses competed for prizes in a variety of categories, while top-notch local entertainers donated their time between entries for eye-popping performances.

The rescheduled event is the guild’s biggest annual fundraiser and due to its timing in late February, was given a Mardi Gras theme.

The ball will return to its usual lineup in the Fantasy Fest schedule this October.
