The Perry Hotel & Marina will host Xperimento Live from the Lawn at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3.
Live on stage, these Grammy-nominated artists craft clever mashups, improvisation and dance-floor energy.
Xperimento has received rave reviews from across the globe since its inception in 2009.
The band’s website describes Xperimento as a “bilingual, multicultural, cross-genre, all-star band from Miami that blends world sounds.
“As the band was forming in 2009, Prince asked to get on stage with them. After playing two songs with the legendary musical icon, the members of the band went on to record and perform with other world-famous artists including Ricky Martin and Fonseca.
Hailing from Puerto Rico, Argentina, Colombia, Cuba and Venezuela, Xperimento blends traditional sounds with the music of tomorrow.
“They have been chosen by Navy Entertainment to play for U.S. troops overseas in Guam, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Guantanamo Bay, Japan and Africa. Most recently, they were selected to play the Tailgate Stage at Super Bowl LIV in February 2020 at The Hard Rock Stadium.
The concert under the stars is complete with beverage service from The Perry Hotel & Marina’s new bar, Sloppy Joe’s Dockside. Patrons can enjoy $5 Sailfish beer specials all night.
The concert is free to the public and sponsored by Sailfish Brewing Co. The craft beer brewing company, which makes its variety of beers in Florida, will be on site offering samples.
