Gilbert’s Resort Key Largo presented the semi-annual “Boobie Check” to American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in the Florida Keys on Sunday, Nov. 1. The “Boobie” drink is a pink, fruity, delicious frozen drink and Gilbert’s donates $1 from every one sold to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Over the past few years, they have given over $44,000. Because of the pandemic, the 2nd annual Key Largo Bridge Bra Walk sponsored by Gilbert’s Resort was canceled this year, but mark your calendars for Oct. 17, 2021. CONTRIBUTED
