Isla Bella Beach Resort, the oceanfront luxury hotel and spa based at the threshold of the iconic Seven Mile Bridge in the Florida Keys, will welcome the renowned Roberta’s Pizza for a limited pop-up through April.
The Roberta’s team will be taking over Il Postino’s pizza oven to serve up their own iconic pizzas such as the Bee Sting, Famous Original, Classic Margherita, and more for Isla Bella’s hotel guests and visitors to enjoy through room service and at their oceanfront dining.
Roberta’s, which was once hailed as “one of the more extraordinary restaurants in the country” by The New York Times, helped pave the way for Bushwick’s thriving food scene in Brooklyn and has since opened additional locations in Los Angeles and Nashville as well as numerous pop-ups across the country.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Roberta’s team to Marathon and offer our guests the taste of Brooklyn Neapolitan style pizza right on our oceanfront property,” says Justin Nels, area managing director of Isla Bella. “At Isla Bella we strive to provide visitors and locals alike with programming that is unique to the Keys and we look forward to collaborating with Roberta’s for this exclusive culinary experience.”
