GOOD WORKS: SHERIFF AND ADVOCATES SHINE LIGHT ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit detectives, domestic violence victims’ advocates along with Domestic Abuse Shelter staff all wear purple in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October. The sheriff’s office works closely with the shelter to provide services and support to victims of domestic abuse and violence. Lt. Spenser Bryan and Detective Tyler Blanton currently serve on the board of directors for the shelter.  CONTRIBUTED
