Islamorada resident Alexis Alba was recently appointed to the Florida Wildlife Alert Reward Association board.

A businessman and hospitality executive, Alba was recommended to fill the vacant board position by FWC Lt. Col Alfredo Escanio and Col. Alberto Maza. A nonprofit, the Florida Wildlife Alert Reward Association partners with FWC to combat environmental crimes. It encourages citizens to report wildlife, fishing, and boating violations by providing anonymous tips, with potential rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.

Alba fills a previously vacant south region board position, which covers south Miami-Dade and the Florida Keys. He’s the founder of TCB Boat Sales, where he combined his passion for the marine industry with his entrepreneurial expertise. Through TCB Boat Sales, he has provided boat sales, service and marine solutions while helping clients enjoy the boating lifestyle that defines the Keys.

Beyond business, Alba has been recognized for his civic and charitable leadership. He has served on charitable boards, supported law enforcement and youth initiatives and earned recognition for organizing major events and community programs.
