Despite the green uniforms they wore at a St. Patrick’s Day lacrosse match-up, the Coral Shores High School Hurricanes fell to the Key West Conchs 13-6 during their March 17 game in Tavernier.
The Conchs’ celebration was short-lived, however, as they lost 15-1 on March 19 while playing at home against Miami’s Westminster Christian High School.
Key West will play Cardinal Gibbons in Fort Lauderdale on April 1 and again faces Coral Shores on April 2 in Key West.
