Homes’ inside and outside on display March 7
The Marathon Garden Club will host their annual House and Garden Tour on Saturday, March 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Properties in Duck Key, Key Colony Beach and Marathon will be featured. During the tour, guests are welcome to stop at the garden club and enjoy light refreshments as well as view artwork donated by four local artists for the scholarship raffle.
The Marathon tour is the only one in the Keys to feature both homes and gardens. During the tour, guests will experience a unique collection of properties and see distinctive décor, extensive outdoor living spaces, lovely gardens and beautiful water views. Chairman Sandra Neiditz said guests will not only enjoy the day, but take away decorating ideas to try in their own homes and gardens.
“The five properties on the tour represent personal expressions of what graceful island living is all about,” said Neiditz. “After all, there is no place like the Keys for creating a comfortable and casual lifestyle.”
