FKCC President Dr. Jonathan Gueverra presented the Honorable Timothy J. Koenig with a plaque from the college.
The investiture of Timothy J. Koenig as Circuit Judge took place Dec. 12 and more than 100 people made their way across town to fill the county courthouse. So many, in fact, that some were ushered into another room to view the swearing in on closed-circuit television. Movers and shakers in town made remarks about Koenig’s accomplishments and then the crowd proceeded to the Little White House for a reception.
The Key West attorney was tapped by Gov. Rick Scott to replace Judge David Audlin on Monroe County’s Circuit Court. He has previously served on many boards including the Key West Planning Board.
