This Monkey is in need of a new home. She was well loved and fed by deputies at the Plantation Key Jail for years. But with new construction of the jail, the old jail is being demolished, and her officer friends were worried about her fate. When the call recently came in, operation “Monkey Business” went into effect. KC Perrine is giving this lovable cat a safe home at the Upper Keys Humane Society. If you would like to make Monkey a part of your family, or to learn more about other pets available for adoption, give UKHS a call at 305-451-3848. UKHS is a not-for-profit no-kill shelter that provides food, shelter, medical care and adoption services for unwanted and abandoned animals.
