Join the History of Diving Museum on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. for the “Immerse Yourself!” lecture on the history of the Navy SEAL, presented by Rick Kaiser, chief operating officer at the National Navy SEAL Museum and Navy SEAL Xperience.

Rick Kaiser served as a United States Navy SEAL for more than 34 years, retiring as a master chief. His position of leadership often required him to make difficult decisions, forging mental toughness and forcing reliance on teamwork. Kaiser takes valuable lessons learned from his time in the SEAL teams and translates them into practical life skills for the civilian world, including conflict resolution, problem solving tactics, adapting to overcome, and building trust and respect among teammates.
