During two festive Friday evenings, Dec. 8 and 15, the annual Holiday Historic Inn Tours enable locals and visitors to explore the architecture and history of some of Key West’s most charming locales while enjoying light holiday treats and libation samplings. From 6 to 8 p.m. each night, revelers can visit the various properties via self-guided tours and enjoy the island’s tropical holiday ambience.

Dec. 8 destinations are the Key West Butterfly Conservatory, the Wicker Guesthouse, The Mermaid and the Alligator and the Marquesa Hotel. Dec. 15 destinations are the Hemingway Social Club at Papa’s Pilar Distillery, Island City House, The Conch House Heritage Inn and the Lighthouse Hotel.

Advance tickets are recommended and will be available for pickup after 5:30 p.m. at each evening’s first tour location — the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory on Dec. 8 and Hemingway Social Club at Papa’s Pilar Distillery on Dec. 15. If not sold out in advance, tickets will also be available for walkup guests the night of each tour at the first destination only.

For tickets, call 305-296-4959 or visit keystix.com.
