A 45-year-old Naples woman was arrested on Oct. 11 after she allegedly kicked a Monroe County sheriff’s deputy and threatened to kill deputies as well as their families.
The sheriff’s office was called to a residence on Fox Street on Big Pine Key at approximately 2 a.m. regarding a disturbance. Two victims there stated the group had been drinking in Key West when Crystal Annegret Quesenberry became intoxicated and irate. They left her and returned to the residence. Quesenberry eventually arrived, slapped the other three members of the group and threatened to kill them.
Quesenberry was aggressive with deputies and became combative when they attempted to detain her. She kicked a deputy in the groin and made multiple threats to deputies and their families en route to jail.
She was charged with battery on law enforcement, threatening law enforcement, threatening law enforcement families, resisting arrest with and without violence, assault and battery.
