Seventy-nine fifth graders stood together as elementary school students at Stanley Switlik for one final time on May 28 as the school celebrated its annual Moving Up ceremony. Filling the cafetorium with family, friends, teachers and administrators, each student had a moment to shine on stage while receiving individual awards in self-decorated envelopes. The Class of 2033 will now shift from mammals to fish as the former Switlik Dolphins become Marathon Dolphins for the next seven years.

“We are sending a group of bright, funny fifth graders to Marathon Middle School,” said principal Linda Schaefer. ‘I couldn’t be prouder of this amazing class of 2033.”
