Nearly 300 people lined Truman Avenue along Bayview Park on Jan. 11 as Key West joined a series of nationwide “ICE Out for Good” protests in the wake of the Jan. 7 shooting of Minneapolis mother Renee Good by an ICE agent. The peaceful Key West event came together in fewer than 48 hours and featured signs, chants and speakers at the park.
