Wednesday morning found a sea of green at LJ’s Cafe in Marathon as more than a dozen members of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office visited for National Coffee with a Cop Day. Recognized around the country, the annual event brings law enforcement and the community together to ask the tough questions, share ideas, meet local deputies and forge relationships to build stronger, safer communities.
