Lorelei Restaurant & Cabana Bar is welcoming a new management team made up of familiar local faces who are committed to preserving the restaurant’s longstanding tradition while leading it into the future.

Leading the team is general manager Mike Wilkinson, a lifelong Upper Keys resident and Coral Shores High School graduate. With nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, Wilkinson has spent the past eight years at Lorelei, working his way through nearly every position. A longtime family friend of the Lindback family, he brings extensive operational knowledge and a deep connection to the restaurant and community.

Joining him is Ann Dotson, assistant general manager, who is celebrating 15 years with Lorelei. Originally from Tennessee, Dotson has a background in nonprofit management and is the mother of three. Her years of experience serving guests have made her an invaluable part of the Lorelei family and someone who knows every aspect of the restaurant.

Rounding out the leadership team is executive chef Patrick Naughton, a born-and-raised Keys Conch and Coral Shores graduate. Naughton has more than 15 years of culinary experience and has spent the past year at Lorelei, where he now leads the kitchen.

While the new leadership looks toward the future, the restaurant continues serving the favorites that have made it a Keys institution. Guests can enjoy house-made conch fritters, the popular blackened snapper reuben, smoked fish dip, the Lorelei Sunset made with the restaurant’s signature vodka, the Key Lime Colada and Lorelei’s traditional or frozen Key lime pie. With live music every night and some of the area’s most memorable sunset views, Lorelei remains a place where locals and visitors celebrate life’s special moments — from first dates and engagements to family vacations and everything in between.
