Canes basketball beats MAST Academy

The Coral Shores boys varsity basketball team took to the home court against MAST Academy out of Key Biscayne on Jan. 24. After scoring nine points in the first quarter, the Canes turned up the scoring with 20 in the second quarter against the Makos to take a 29-27 lead. The Canes didn’t look back from there, scoring 18 in the third quarter and 14 in the final quarter for a 61-55 victory.
