A Movable Feast food truck gets first license in Islamorada

A Moveable Feast: A Movable Feast, the original food truck of the Upper Keys, has been in operation since 2017. CONTRIBUTED

This week, A Movable Feast Food Truck and Caterers received one of the first licenses issued by the village of Islamorada. After several years of deliberation on the subject, the Islamorada Village Council recently agreed to issue licenses through a two-year pilot program, bringing delight to several local food truck operators.

A Movable Feast, the original food truck of the Upper Keys, has been in operation since 2017, after founder Tony Corallo built the food truck in the wake of Hurricane Irma. A Movable Feast is operated by Tony and his wife, Maryna, serving gourmet comfort food, including a variety of innovative grilled cheese sandwiches, non-traditional tacos, handmade jumbo soft pretzels and a selection of original sliders.
