EASTER EVENTS IN KEY WEST

From religious celebrations to rambunctious visits with the bunny and boozy brunches, Easter in Key West means something different for everyone. 

The celebration starts early on Sunday, April 17. Key West United Methodist Church holds its sunrise service at 6:30 a.m. at Smathers Beach (No. 11 steps). Bring a friend and a beach chair or blanket. Sunday services also take place at 8:30 and 11 a.m.

The Marriott Beachside Hotel will host an egg hunt at 11 a.m. Easter Sunday and the Hard Rock Cafe on Duval Street has invited the Easter Bunny to brunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Yellowfin Bar & Kitchen at Ocean’s Edge Resort on Stock Island hosts an Easter Brunch, then the afternoon is for adults at The Gardens Hotel’s Adult Easter Eggstravaganza at 1:30 p.m.
