With baskets in hand, children hurried to scoop up Easter eggs during hunts from Islamorada’s Founders Park to Key Largo Park last weekend. Out on the water, scuba divers explored the depths as they discovered hidden eggs courtesy of Capt. Slate’s Scuba Adventures out of Tavernier. On Easter morning, sunrises served as the backdrop for a number of church services from Key Largo to Islamorada. Days before, on Good Friday, the annual Cross Walk went from the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services office in Islamorada to Matecumbe Methodist Church. This was Spirit & Truth Ministries Pastor Marlin Simon’s 36th Cross Walk.
