Floats decorated to the various music genres through the decades, convertibles with the homecoming court and school bands paraded Old Highway for Coral Shores High School’s homecoming celebration on Sept. 23. Islamorada Fire Rescue, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation vehicles led the parade to the high school. Family and friends watched as dance groups performed and students on floats threw candy.
