Uncorked Festival concludes with Grand Tasting at Postcard

Eleven days of the Upper Keys’ finest cuisine and beverage concluded on Jan. 18 with a grand tasting at the Postcard Inn Resort in Islamorada. The Uncorked Food & Wine Festival culminated with featured gourmet and speciality tastings from area restaurants and caterers, and it was complemented by visiting wineries from across the U.S. From casual dining fare at favorite Keys restaurants to fine dining along scenic waterfront views, more than 37 foodie events were held this year.
