The outlaw country sounds of Red Dirt and American music filled the island Jan. 25-29 for the annual Mile 0 Fest.
Red Dirt is a genre of country music that gets its name from the color of soil in Oklahoma, but the genre also extends to music made south of the Red River in Texas.
Mile 0 Fest describes itself as “a boutique destination festival that its attendees have dubbed ‘the friendliest and best fest’ out there.” This year’s festival featured more than 60 musical acts and packed Key West’s Coffee Butler Amphitheater.
