It wasn’t an average Wednesday for Marathon High School footballers, who received new shoes, attire and gear from the Miami Dolphins organization. Twan Russell also gave a motivational speech to students about endurance and “finishing the race.” Officials with Baptist Health South Florida, a partner with the organization, were also there to celebrate. Post-hurricane grants from the Miami Dolphins are helping several other Keys charitable organizations.
