It’s beginning to look a lot like Fantasy Fest. The Florida Keys SPCA recently introduced this year’s four candidates for king and queen of Fantasy Fest: Michael Vernon for king; Marjory Lee for queen (with her dog Buffett); Lisa Zee for king; and Elle Taylor for queen.
