Rain couldn’t put a damper on the 2014 Headdress Ball, the premiere gay event of Fantasy Fest. Giant exotic birds, real life dogs and an array of glittery, feathery creatures congregated at the Southernmost Hotel to raise funds for the Key West Business Guild and celebrate the newly elected King and Queen of Fantasy Fest.
