The resort features a variety of unit styles from two-bedroom apartments, to a full-size home, and one-bedroom efficiencies — each with beautiful, private balconies facing the ocean. The boutique resort currently features 15 units.
More than 100 locals showed up to celebrate the opening of the Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club in the Middle Keys, pulling folks from Marathon and Islamorada. Principals Josh Gratton and Matt Sexton, and their families, enjoyed a laid-back evening of cocktails at the Barrel & Bale, the tiki bar, plus music and a spectacle of about five kiteboarders skating through white tipped wavelets. Guests also toured the resort’s rooms.
