Five Nights of Feasting and Philanthropy

From Vegas to the Caribbean, the themes of this past week’s moveable feast used ethic cuisine like corned beef and schnitzel to raise money for local charities as an appetizer to this weekend’s Conchtoberfest at Hawk’s Cay.

Pirates and turtles, wenches and birds mixed oceanside at Cabana Breezes as raffles, auctions, and specialty cocktails to support the Wild Bird Center and Save-a-Turtle.
A waterfront fiesta at Lazy Days featured the south-of-the-border delights of Chef Lupe, sombreros, margaritas, and fundraising for Chamber’s Scholarship Fund.
