Cars lined up behind the Monroe County Social Services building at Tradewinds Plaza in Key Largo as volunteers handed out milk, fruit, cereal and other food during a monthly drive-through distribution on March 25. Feeding South Florida and county Social Service employees were assisted by Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies. The distribution kicked off at 10 a.m. Motorists stayed in their cars as deputies and social services workers placed the goods into car trunks and back seats. The food distribution lasts until supplies ran out.
