Kaiyo Grill & Sushi recently announced Brittany Pedretti as its new manager. She joins the Kaiyo team after relocating to Islamorada from Nantucket, Massachusetts, bringing a background in hospitality leadership and a passion for exceptional guest experiences.
Pedretti was a manager on Nantucket for more than nine years, where she earned a reputation for her commitment to service excellence, team development and operational efficiency. Her experience in high-volume, destination-driven dining environments makes her a natural fit for Kaiyo Grill & Sushi’s vibrant and diverse culinary setting.
“Both Nantucket and Islamorada share a relaxed coastal charm, where wonderful locals and frequent visitors come together over a shared love of the water,” Pedretti said. “I’m thrilled to join the Kaiyo family and become part of the Islamorada community.
