A devoted Rotarian was recognized during the Oct. 13 meeting of the Upper Keys Rotary Club at Capt. Craig’s Restaurant in Tavernier. Upper Keys Rotary President Jill Miranda Baker presented Mark Kohl with a service award as secretary of Rotary District 6990, which consists of Rotary clubs from South Florida and the Keys.
