When did you move to the Keys? I moved to the Keys two years ago. 
Favorite drink to make? The Beer Flight. It gives the guests a choice of multiple beers.
Favorite drink to drink? I like to drink any seltzer.
What are you doing on your day off? On the boat fishing

Castaways’ Must-Try Cocktail: Pineapple jalapeno mojito
The much-requested pineapple jalapeno mojito has a kick like a mule. “We slice in fresh jalapeno, and oh, yeah, we keep the seeds in,” said Castaways’ bartender Shannon Hammett with a mischievous grin. She throws in fresh mint and lime, and muddles the mixture into submission. Then she piles in the ice, does a heavy pour of pineapple rum — “way too much rum,” Hammett said — and tops off the drink with pineapple cider. “Customers like the sweetness, spiciness, rum, cider and the taste of fresh mint.”
