Hi friends! Reef the fox here with this week’s “Reef’s Report.”
It’s been a little awkward at home for the past two weeks. Mom has been sick. She’s been home, and day time is nap time for me and it’s been a little annoying having her here all the time. I know, I know, she is my human mom and I should be a little more compassionate to her not feeling well, but that’s not how I operate. I like my quiet time.
I know I hinted last week about a very unique fundraiser we are doing so I’m going to tell you more about it. This really amazing organization called The Animal Communication Collective is hosting this event via Zoom on Saturday, June 4 at 4 p.m.
The Animal Communication Collective is a volunteer organization created by a group of women who met as friends, colleagues and certified professional animal communicators. Its mission is to assist animal rescues, shelters and nonprofit animal welfare organizations raise funds and visibility while expanding awareness of animal communication.
“Animal communication happens on two levels,” said the ACC. “At the physical level, animals share their unique personalities, likes, dislikes and physical experiences. We can connect at a higher level, and this is where the magic really happens. Soul Level Animal Communication allows animals to share their higher purpose for choosing to be in our lives, and how they continually nudge us towards our greatest potential.”
Whether you are familiar with animal communication, new to it or a skeptic, this event can appeal to anyone and I promise you will not be disappointed. Tickets are $25 and the event is only open to 45 participants. During the event, six people will be intuitively chosen for a 10 minute reading. All of the proceeds from the event are being donated to us, so please consider signing up.

If you’re looking for something fun to do Thursday, May 26, head on down to Florida Keys Brewing Company in Islamorada. Join REEF and Florida Keys Brewing Company for Quiz Out of Water Trivia Night hosted at Florida Keys Brewing Company from 7 to 9 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public, and prizes will be given to top-ranked teams. For every pint sold during the event, $2 will be donated to REEF in support of their marine conservation programs.
