Key West’s Conchs, with a 1-5 record, traveled on Jan. 8 to the other end of the island chain for a non-conference game against Coral Shores’ Hurricanes, who are 4-3 this season.
The game was tied 18-all at the half and was 36-35 heading into the fourth quarter.
Key West sank a shot in the final secords to put the game out of reach and won 56-49.
