D’Asign Source, a family owned business in the Florida Keys for over 60 years, is committed to the importance of affordable homeownership in the Middle Keys. They recently donated an amazing $175,000 toward the building of Danny and Neli’s forever home. Habitat Middle Keys said it is so very grateful for their build partnership. “It is companies like D’Asign Source that allow Habitat to continue their mission of creating affordable homeownership in Marathon,” a spokesperson said.
In addition to monetary contributions, the D’Asign Source team volunteered nearly 100 hours to build this home. Their financial and volunteer support has been critical as we continue to address the critical need for affordable housing in Marathon.Habitat for Humanity of the Middle Keys has a unique fundraising method, utilizing the Florida Community Contribution Tax Credit Program (cctcp) which provides a credit granted as a refund against state sales and use tax.
