Habitat for Humanity of the Middle Keys thanked Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters for the company’s support in the Middle Keys. ‘Aquarium Encounters’ donation of $200,000 as a full-home sponsor of Habitat’s most recent build at 105th Street in Marathon is monumental to the success of our mission,’ said Habitat Middle Keys executive director Chris Todd Young.
The nonprofit’s partnership with Aquarium Encounters as a Community Contribution Tax Credit Program (CCTCP) donor began in 2024. Together they have built two homes that were sold to hardworking local families in Marathon. CCTCP is a state incentive program to encourage Florida businesses to make donations toward Habitat’s building efforts.
