SAMUEL’S HOUSE POLAR PLUNGE WAS COLDER THAN EXPECTED

The Key West weather was unusually chilly for Samuel’s House Polar Plunge on Feb. 13 at Higgs Beach. Normally a tongue-in-cheek fundraiser for the nonprofit that helps the Florida Keys’ most vulnerable populations, the day’s 64-degree weather made the ocean plunge much colder than usual.
