RE/MAX Advance Realty’s All Keys Real Estate Commercial Team recently brokered the $9 million sale of Snappers restaurant in Key Largo, located at 139 Seaside Ave.

All Keys agents Curtis Skomp, Greg Dully and Rosanne Dully represented the seller in Snappers Key Largo LLC and managing member Robert Althuis and buyer Mile Marker 94 and a Half LLC. The transaction closed on March 21

For more than 40 years, Snappers has been among the Florida Keys’ well-known landmark restaurants and watering holes, situated directly on the oceanside of Key Largo. The property includes 2.37 acres of uplands, full license for 250 seats, ample parking, bay bottom ownership, 12 wet slips and the popular Turtle Club tiki bar, which has just been completely reconstructed from the ground up to become a unique Upper Keys’ oceanfront venue.

“Our team was honored to have brokered the sale of this wonderful institution,” said Skomp. “These types of trophy restaurants/bars situated directly on the water are exceptionally rare in the Florida Keys. We were confident that a knowledgeable buyer would recognize this special opportunity.”
